1. About SICIC

Super Individuals CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales. We operate an invitation-only AI agent education programme and community ecosystem. Our mission is to support the co-evolution of humans and AI through practical, cohort-based learning.

As a Community Interest Company, SICIC is constituted for community benefit. Membership fees and any surplus revenue are reinvested into programme delivery, research, and community development. Membership does not confer any ownership interest, equity, or profit entitlement in SICIC or any associated entity.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a membership application, completing payment, or participating in any SICIC workshop or community platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Membership Refund Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not proceed with membership or participation.

3. Membership Eligibility and Admission

3.1

SICIC operates an invitation-only model. Admission requires:

  • receipt of a valid invitation or referral from an existing member or SICIC director
  • completion of at least one SICIC workshop
  • acceptance by SICIC following any applicable review process

3.2

SICIC reserves the right to decline any application without providing a reason.

3.3

Membership is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, assign, or resell your membership or any associated access credentials.

3.4

You represent that the information you provide in your application is accurate and complete. Membership obtained through misrepresentation may be revoked without refund.

4. Workshop Participation

4.1

Workshop access is granted upon payment of the applicable workshop fee as set out in your invitation or on our booking page at the time of registration.

4.2

Workshop content, including curriculum materials, recorded sessions, agent frameworks, and code examples, is provided for your personal educational use only. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or sublicense any workshop content without prior written consent from SICIC.

4.3

SICIC workshops involve the use of third-party tools and platforms including but not limited to Telegram, Discord, Hetzner VPS, OpenRouter, and n8n. Your use of these platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. SICIC is not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy updates affecting these third-party services.

4.4

Workshop schedules, curriculum, and technical requirements may be updated at SICIC's discretion. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

5. Community Platform and Conduct

5.1

SICIC operates community platforms on Telegram and Discord. Access to these platforms is a privilege of membership and may be revoked at SICIC's discretion. SICIC may migrate, consolidate, or add community platforms over time; members will be notified in advance of any such transitions and provided with reasonable onboarding support.

5.2

Members agree not to:

  • share API keys, credentials, server access details, or any security-sensitive information in community channels
  • publish, reproduce, or distribute content created by other members without their explicit consent
  • engage in harassment, discrimination, or conduct that undermines the safety or inclusivity of the community
  • use community channels for unsolicited commercial promotion
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract community content

5.3

Security incidents, including accidental sharing of credentials, must be reported immediately to SICIC via direct message to a director or via publication@sicic.org. Swift reporting will be treated as a positive demonstration of community responsibility.

5.4

SICIC reserves the right to remove any member from community platforms who breaches these conduct standards, with or without prior warning depending on the severity of the breach.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 SICIC content

All curriculum materials, workshop recordings, documentation, agent frameworks, brand assets, and other content produced by SICIC or its directors remain the intellectual property of SICIC. No licence is granted beyond personal educational use.

6.2 Community contributions

Where you contribute content to community channels, discussion threads, or co-created resources, you grant SICIC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reference, and reproduce that content for internal programme improvement and, with your separate consent, for research or publication purposes.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about SICIC's programmes, you agree that SICIC may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

7. AI and Technical Disclaimer

7.1

SICIC provides education on the design and deployment of AI agents. We do not warrant that any technique, framework, or tool taught in our workshops will produce specific outcomes, be free from errors, or remain current as AI technology evolves.

7.2

Members are solely responsible for any agents, automations, or systems they build and deploy. SICIC accepts no liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use of skills, code, or frameworks introduced in our workshops.

7.3

AI-generated content encountered during workshops, whether from large language models, agents, or automated pipelines, may contain inaccuracies. Members are responsible for independently verifying any output before acting on it in a professional or commercial context.

8. Payments and Refunds

8.1

All fees are payable in GBP via the payment method specified at checkout, currently processed by Stripe Payments UK Ltd.

8.2

Workshop fees and membership fees are non-refundable upon payment, as further described in our Membership Refund Policy.

8.3

SICIC reserves the right to update its fee structure at any time. Changes will not affect fees already paid.

9. Suspension and Termination

9.1

SICIC may suspend or terminate your membership if you:

  • breach these Terms of Service
  • engage in conduct that SICIC reasonably determines to be harmful to the community
  • provide false information in your application
  • fail to maintain the standard of engagement expected of members

9.2

Upon termination, your access to all community platforms including Telegram and Discord, and to workshop materials, will be revoked. Membership fees already paid will not be refunded, except at SICIC's sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

9.3

You may voluntarily withdraw from the community at any time by notifying publication@sicic.org. Withdrawal does not entitle you to a refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SICIC's total liability to any member for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by that member to SICIC in the twelve months preceding the claim. SICIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or reputational loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Before initiating any formal dispute, members agree to first contact SICIC at publication@sicic.org to attempt resolution in good faith.

12. Changes to These Terms

SICIC may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Where changes materially affect members' rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice via our community channels before the updated terms take effect.
