Product

Padel Coaching Agent

CHIP is designed to diagnose player gaps and reduce overwhelm by narrowing the next actions to what matters most.

Output

4-Week Improvement Plans

The live product turns short inputs into coaching feedback, priorities, and structured practice direction.

What CHIP Does

The live site is clear about the product.

CHIP helps players turn matches into actionable improvement by:

  • identifying the biggest performance gaps
  • giving only 3 priority fixes
  • telling the player what to focus on in the next match
  • building structured 4-week improvement plans
  • reviewing short clips with player-provided context

That makes the product narrow in the right way. It is not trying to be a generic sports bot. It is focused on diagnosis, prioritisation, and next-step coaching.

How It Works

The published workflow is intentionally simple:

  1. Play a match
  2. Send a short description or clip with context
  3. Get clear coaching guidance in seconds

The example prompt on the live page shows the kind of structured context the system expects:

  • level
  • side
  • struggle
  • goal

That is a good product choice. It keeps the input lightweight while giving the system enough signal to produce useful coaching output.

Why It Matters

Charlotte's site frames the problem accurately:

  • most players do not know what they are doing wrong
  • they try to fix too many things at once
  • they do not improve consistently

CHIP responds by focusing on:

  • clarity
  • prioritisation
  • match-based learning

This is a strong founding cohort project because it takes an everyday improvement problem and turns it into a structured, decision-support workflow rather than just a content experience.

Documentation Structure

Beyond the homepage, the live site also shows a solid documentation pattern:

  • Start Here
  • agent architecture sections for Identity, Soul, Skills, User, and Style
  • Journal with Week 4 Notes
  • Showcase with Best Results

That means the project is not only a demo. It is being documented as a system with product thinking behind it.

Closing Thought

CHIP is a good example of a member build with a clear user problem, a constrained interface, and an output that is immediately useful. The product focus is tighter than most early demos, which makes it easier to see where the value sits.
